Youโ€™ll be part of a team that values strong technical judgment, ownership, and continuous learning, with the opportunity to grow into broader technical leadership over time. In addition, youโ€™ll build trusted relationships with both internal teams and clients, contribute to real-world solutions, and play an important role in improving the performance, resilience, and security of critical operational systems.

What will you do?

  • Support the design, review, implementation, and commissioning of OT engineering and architecture solutions across multiple concurrent client projects.
  • Provide technical leadership on OT technologies, industrial networking, automation platforms, and cybersecurity practices. Stay current on each and provide guidance to clients and internal teams on new technologies, emerging trends, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex networking, firewall, operating system, virtualization, and other general OT issues. Support root cause analysis, remediation, and system optimization.
  • Evaluate technical options and recommend approaches that balance performance, reliability, security, and maintainability. Specify and develop hardware and software bill of materials.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for OT cybersecurity best practices and risk reduction.
  • Support OT investigations, audits, modernization efforts, upgrades, and integration projects.
  • Develop and maintain OT technical documentation and drawings, including deliverables such as network drawings, IP address amp; network segmentation schemes, firewall rules, virtual machine amp; server specifications, and Active Directory amp; Group Policy specifications.
  • Contribute to technical discovery, scoping, and solutioning discussions with clients and internal teams.

What do you need to bring?

  • Solid experience in operational technology, industrial automation, controls, or systems integration.
  • Strong technical knowledge of OT architecture, industrial networks, and implementation best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in client-facing technical roles supporting industrial environments.
  • Ability to independently analyze problems, identify options, and implement practical solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in OT/ICS environments.
  • Working knowledge of OT cybersecurity concepts, segmentation, remote access, and risk mitigation.
