What You will Do:

  • Assemble documentation packages from technical, sourcing, and supplier-provided inputs
  • Draft narrative sections summarizing findings, actions taken, and supporting evidence
  • Ensure packages meet defined format, content, and traceability standards
  • Maintain version control and an audit-ready record of all submissions
  • Track package status through internal review and approval

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in technical writing, proposal development, quality documentation, regulatory affairs, contracts administration, or paralegal work
  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, well-organized documents under deadline
  • Comfortable synthesizing input from engineers and analysts into clear narrative
  • Strong attention to formatting, consistency, and completeness

Pay Range: $33.00- $36.00/hr

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

We offer flexible work options, including remote arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. 

Travel Requirements:
