The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a senior Collection Manager, you use your specialized collection management and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnanniance (ISR) experience and your attention to detail to develop collection plans to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need.
As a senior Collection Manager on our team, you'll help your client understand the unique collection requirement needed to navigate the client's mission and develop collection strategies and align ISR assets with mission objectives. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, ELINT, FISINT and others.

You Have:
  • Experience developing collection requirements, strategies, or plans to address intelligence and information gaps
  • Experience coordinating with multi-INT stakeholders across GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, or cyber collection disciplines, including with cross-domain or all-domain problem sets
  • Experience evaluating collection performance or assisting in the assessment of ISR tasking, reporting, or sensor alignment
  • Knowledge of how to use available tools to search for trends or anomalies in multi-domain data
  • Knowledge of ISR asset capabilities, limitations, and processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) workflows and joint intelligence processes, collection management doctrine, and ISR enterprise capabilities
  • Knowledge of the relationships between intelligence requirements, sensor tasking, collection operations, and reporting
  • Ability to translate intelligence gaps into specific, measurable collection requirements and integrate collection planning with operational or targeting workflows
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience supporting intelligence collection management, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience supporting intelligence collection management

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
