Le poste
En tant que representant bilingue de l'experience client, vous serez le maillon essentiel entre nos clients, nos fournisseurs et nos equipes internes. Vous serez responsable des interactions avec les clients du debut a la fin, en veillant a ce que les problemes soient resolus efficacement et que les clients se sentent accompagnes a chaque etape.


Ce poste est ideal pour une personne debrouillarde, organisee et axee sur le client, qui aime resoudre des problemes dans un environnement dynamique et axe sur le service.

Vos responsabilites:

  • Agir a titre de point de contact principal pour les demandes des clients par telephone, courriel et via les systemes de tickets
  • Diagnostiquer et resoudre les problemes lies au service, en coordonnant les interventions avec les fournisseurs au besoin
  • Gerer et hierarchiser de multiples demandes de service dans un environnement a fort volume
  • Enqueter sur les plaintes relatives au service et les resoudre avec rapidite et professionnalisme
  • Tenir des registres precis des interactions avec les clients, des horaires de service et des details relatifs a l'equipement
  • Assurer un suivi proactif des tickets ouverts et des demandes de service en attente
  • Collaborer de maniere interfonctionnelle pour garantir une prestation de service sans faille


Ce que vous apportez (competences indispensables):

  • Maitrise parfaite du francais et de l'anglais (a l'oral et a l'ecrit)
  • Au moins 2 ans d'experience en service a la clientele ou en coordination
  • Capacite averee a gerer des priorites concurrentes et a rester organise(e) sous pression
  • Solides competences en resolution de problemes et en reflexion critique
  • Grand souci du detail et engagement envers la precision et le suivi
  • A l'aise pour travailler de facon autonome a distance
  • Maitrise de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

As a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the critical link between our clients, vendors, and internal teams. You'll own customer interactions from start to finish-ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and clients feel supported every step of the way.


This is an ideal role for someone who is resourceful, organized, and customer-obsessed, and who enjoys solving problems in a dynamic, service-driven environment.


What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contactfor client inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Diagnose and resolve service issues, coordinating with vendors when required
  • Manage and prioritize multiple service requests in a high-volume environment
  • Investigate and resolve service complaintswith urgency and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service schedules, and equipment details
  • Proactively follow up on open tickets and outstanding service requests
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery


What You Bring (Must-Haves)

  • Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or dispatch experience
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
