Project Manager Primary Duties & Responsibilitiesย 
  • Manage multiple signage projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure project success
  • Oversee and track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines throughout the project lifecycleย  (permitting, fabrication, and installation)ย 
  • Maintain detailed cost tracking to ensure alignment with project budget
  • Handle accurate data entry and maintain up-to -date project records, files and documentation
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Interpret and work from engineered drawings and sign plans
  • Scheduling and coordination of site work
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

ย Qualifications
  • ย 3-5+ years of project management experience in the signage or construction industryย 
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, with coursework in business, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or project management preferred.ย 
  • PMP certification is a plus but not required
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • 5+ years successfully working within a project schedule and/or budget โ€ข
  • 5+ year business-to-business communication and service
  • 5+ year managing and meeting milestones and deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to think innovatively and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read construction documents and site plans
  • Ability to Read & Understand Technical & Contractual Language / Information
