Job description

Are you ready to lead clinical strategy at scale and shape the future of post-acute care? MedCap Health is seeking a fully remote, full-time Regional Clinical Director to guide high-impact consultative services across multiple states. If you thrive at the intersection of leadership, innovation, and patient-centered care, this is your moment. Apply today and take your seat at the table.

WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US?

This management role offers the rare opportunity to influence enterprise-wide clinical strategy while remaining connected to frontline excellence. You'll receive competitive pay, competitive company-wide benefits such as medical, dental, 401k, etc., and the autonomy to make meaningful decisions that improve outcomes and shape teams. This position provides executive exposure, mentorship impact, and the authority to build something lasting. If you're ready to lead with purpose and impact, now is the time to apply.

WHO ARE WE?

At MedCap Health, we believe in delivering high-quality, in-house medical care that leads to exceptional patient outcomes. Our mission is to provide comprehensive, long-term care in a compassionate and collaborative environment, and with over 70 providers across the state, our network continues to grow, supporting more patients each year.

Our team is committed to providing a flexible and supportive work environment. We offer autonomy, allowing you to manage your time while providing the oversight and training you need to succeed. With facilities located across the nation, our employees appreciate the work-life balance we promote and the understanding we show when life's unexpected moments arise.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time position with approximately 20% travel, supporting multi-state clinical operations while maintaining flexibility and balance.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

In this Regional Clinical Director role, you guide the design, launch, and expansion of consult services while collaborating daily with physician specialists, executive leaders, NPs, PAs, and facility teams; you define clinical protocols, oversee quality metrics, mentor providers, manage multi-site operations, monitor dashboards, ensure CMS and state compliance, lead RCAs when needed, and act as the clinical connector aligning strategy, quality, workforce development, and operational execution-all while advancing MedCap's mission across states and specialties.

IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?

Ask yourself:

  • Do you thrive in executive-level leadership roles?
  • Are you passionate about mentoring and developing advanced practice providers?
  • Can you balance strategic vision with operational execution and regulatory rigor?

If you answered yes and can meet the following requirements, we want you as our Regional Clinical Director!

Hard Requirements:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing (multi-state preferred)
  • 10+ years of NP experience in PALTC, SNF, or LTACH settings
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership, education, or program development
  • Clinical background in cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, or infectious disease
  • Proven success building and leading NPP teams
  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, documentation standards, and value-based care
  • Proficiency with EHR systems, dashboards, and care coordination platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is strongly preferred

Who We're Looking For:

  • A strategic, confident leader who can operate at scale while empowering clinicians on the ground.

If you can meet these qualifications, apply today using our initial application! Our process is quick, easy, and mobile-friendly, so you can take the next step whenever it works for you.
