As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you'll bridge business needs and technical solutions while providing analytical oversight, helping drive enterprise-wide improvements across data, reporting, and collaboration platforms.

Position Description: The Senior Technical Business Analyst provides business and technical analysis support for cybersecurity audit and information technology operations, reporting, communications, and solution implementation.

Minimum/General Experience: 10 years of business and technical analysis experience

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in business, information technology, or related field

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent experience supporting project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and deliverable management
  • Excellent experience monitoring project performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions
  • Excellent experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements
  • Excellent experience coordinating meetings, providing meeting agendas and materials, and recording and distributing minutes
  • Excellent experience supporting data and project reporting, dashboards, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives
  • Excellent experience developing, analyzing, and presenting performance metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports
  • Above average experience facilitating meetings and stakeholder engagements

  • Above average experience developing documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures

  • Coordinates stakeholder communications and project deliverables
  • Coordinates stakeholder reviews, information requests, and deliverable submissions
  • Supports collection, validation, and analysis of operational, audit, and performance data
  • Supports cybersecurity audit stakeholder lists, schedules, and preparation activities
  • Supports tracking of cyber audit findings

Compensation & Benefits: The annual projected pay range for this position is $111,287 - $138,199 with consideration being given to various factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, job responsibilities, and geographic location.
