Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss challenges, and plan for future appointments, including discharge when appropriate.
  • Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered on clients’ unique needs, collaborating closely with them to set attainable goals.
  • Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and updates in a timely and accurate manner using our electronic health record systems, including PIMSY.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population includes a diverse range of individuals such as children, adolescents, and adults who require varying levels of mental health support. You will engage with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders, ensuring that each client receives tailored care and attention that promotes their overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • A current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
  • A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing direct counseling services.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and tools, including familiarity with RMS systems and electronic health record documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
