What is a Remote Monday Friday RN?

Job description

Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care
Guardian Angel Senior Services

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing home care team. With over 20 years of experience, we are proud to provide compassionate, client-centered care that allows individuals to remain safely in their homes.

This role offers a meaningful alternative to traditional clinical settings-combining autonomy, relationship-building, and the opportunity to directly influence patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate and manage daily visit schedules in collaboration with office staff
• Supervise, train, and support caregivers in the field
• Monitor client conditions and communicate updates, recommendations, and concerns
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with company standards
• Perform routine nursing visits as needed (e.g., medication management, vital signs, etc.)
• Act as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and internal teams

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday with flexible hours
• Occasional evenings or weekends as needed
• Scheduling models include both block time and guaranteed hours

Qualifications:
• Active RN license
• Prior home care experience required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

This position is ideal for a nurse who values both clinical excellence and compassionate care, and who is looking to make a lasting impact outside of a traditional facility setting.
