• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients experiencing various mental health conditions. This role demands effective communication skills and an empathetic approach, as you will support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health challenges. You will be instrumental in developing strategies that empower clients on their journey to mental wellness.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and the ability to create a non-judgmental environment for clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle and prioritize your caseload.
• No disciplinary actions on your board certification.

Experience working in a telehealth setting is preferred, given our remote model. Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and modalities, alongside a proven track record in crisis management and intervention, will enhance your effectiveness and contributions to the team.

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, determined by your caseload and experience.
