Position Overview

Calm Mental Health Therapy is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a mental health professional, you will have the unique opportunity to empower individuals on their journey towards emotional well-being, employing mindfulness-based therapeutic techniques to foster resilience and personal growth. In this role, you will work full-time, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on clients with diverse mental health backgrounds, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California, ensuring compliance with all legal and professional standards.
  • Trained and proficient in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques; experience in delivering mindfulness interventions is highly beneficial.
