What You’ll Do:

  • Support global recruiting needs in both our US (California) and UK locations
  • Lead full cycle recruiting efforts across departments: source talent, screen and evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend competitive offers that consider internal equity
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with local, state, and federal employment-related laws and regulations and in a manner that results in the hiring of the best qualified and diverse applicants for the position.
  • Administer candidate assessments and reviews results with hiring managers to ensure hiring decisions are aligned with Singer cultural values
  • Manage and staff recruiting events that create a full recruiting pipeline and the best employer reputation
  • Support new employee onboarding to ensure a positive experience 
  • Deliver candidate declines with compassion and in a timely manner
  • Stay current with all recruiting trends and best practice
  • Manage all candidate data and documentation in the applicant tracking system so that information is current and complete

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Four (4) or more years of full cycle exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience 
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing/automotive company
  • Associate\'s degree (bonus points for a bachelor\'s degree)
  • Proven success working remotely
  • Bonus points for experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bonus points for experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry

Location & Schedule:

This is a remote position, but you must be located in Michigan or New York (because these are only states we are registered in outside of CA). Only candidates physically located in NY or MI will be considered. You will work typical EST hours, but support GMT and PST time zones.

What We Offer - Benefits Driven by You:

The starting pay range for this position is between $2,950 - $3,685 every two weeks. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
