Goldbelt Frontier is committed to providing support for a range of health technology management operations, projects, and services across the government and commercial industries. Frontier collaborates with clients and partners with other businesses to ensure that the right solution with the right people is delivered to meet the client’s needs. Many senior project managers and business analysts are subject matter experts in their respective fields. Frontier understands how to support multiple stakeholders to aid in developing and implementing national policies, strategies, and doctrine. 

Summary:

Frontier is ideally suited to working with the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, and Health and Human Services. Goldbelt Frontier’s leadership offers specific expertise related to medical staffing, behavioral health, and program development CONUS and OCONUS. We are currently seeking a Remote Project Manager for Convention Event Services.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Be the primary Point of Contact for scheduling and setting up Conventions and Special Events
  • Responsible for oversight of all personnel, equipment, and supplies
  • Manage vendors, track deliveries, and submission of invoices
  • Reviewing and coordinating show schedules with customers and booking shows
  • Reserving booth spaces as far in advance of events as possible and resolving any damage to booths with staff and clients
  • Completion of required show forms, reservations and logistical support as far in advance of events as possible to ensure all services are confirmed
  • Maintaining a show calendar tracking advance warehouse shipping and return dates
  • Work with graphic designers to ensure graphics are updated and ready for events
  • Keep staff informed of giveaway shipments
  • Overseeing all invoices, reviewing subcontractor invoices, event invoices and timely submission of monthly invoices to accounting department
  • Provide the COR/CO with monthly status reports that include services delivered during the month, cost of labor and materials, and issues/risks

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Understanding of show services and convention set up
  • Ability to work with remote teams to coordinate and communicate billing support, shipping and receiving requirements, and fulfill special requests
  • Shall be customer-focused, responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented with solid managerial, communication, schedule tracking, cost control, and problem-solving skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the oversight of convention support services, preferably in the military environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with vendors that provide displays, lighting, furniture, transportation, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Air Force event management experience
