  • Beautiful newly renovated office in a desirable Hartford-area location
  • Flexible environment with occasional remote work flexibility
  • Competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, 401(k), and comprehensive benefits

The Role

  • Motivated to take ownership of sophisticated litigation matters
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Interested in developing or expanding a medical malpractice defense practice

Medical malpractice defense experience is strongly preferred for senior-level candidates. The firm is also open to considering:

  • Commercial or civil litigators with transferable litigation skills
  • Plaintiff-side medical malpractice attorneys interested in transitioning into defense work
  • Attorneys seeking greater sophistication, mentorship, and long-term growth opportunities

The environment is professional yet approachable, combining high-level legal representation with a culture where attorneys and staff genuinely enjoy working together.

The firm strongly values diversity, inclusion, and respect for differing perspectives, and seeks individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment grounded in professionalism, integrity, and shared success.
