Trissential is hiring a Product Owner to join our client's End User Services team, where you'll take ownership of one or more end user services products and drive meaningful improvements across the organization.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Product Owner, you will:
  • Facilitate product roadmap development and ongoing refreshes
  • Own, define, and prioritize the product backlog to deliver secure, modern device management capabilities
  • Partner with Security, Endpoint Engineering, Identity, Infrastructure, and business teams to align roadmap priorities
  • Convert user needs, organizational goals, and compliance requirements into clear product stories
  • Conduct daily huddles and participate in Agile ceremonies to guide sprint planning and delivery
  • Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain and refine visual management tools to communicate progress and priorities
  • Ensure product capabilities align to business needs and expected outcomes
  • Drive iteration-based delivery, ensuring incremental value is shipped regularly

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
  • Experience supporting or delivering work related to Windows OS, macOS or MDM platforms
  • Familiarity with endpoint management, device configuration and AI platform tooling
  • Strong communication skills-able to translate business needs into technical work
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to inspire cross-functional teams and influence decisions
  • Creative approach to solving user experience and operational challenges

Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience with multi-platform endpoint management (Windows, iOS, macOS, Android)
  • Prior experience working with security or identity engineering teams
  • Background in End User Services or modern workplace technologies
  • Knowledge of device compliance, access policies, or zero-trust principles

Education & Certifications You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Agile or Product Owner certifications are helpful but not required
