Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a comprehensive caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients to assess their progress, evaluate stability, and facilitate timely discharge when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients to address their unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for each client, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure continuity of care.
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather relevant client history and formulate effective therapeutic strategies.
  • Hold individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal client outcomes.
