As a vital member of our practice, the LPC will provide high-quality mental health counseling services to a diverse client base through telehealth platforms, focusing on individual and family therapy. This role is entirely remote, using advanced telehealth technologies to conduct sessions with clients. • Manage a comprehensive caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients to assess their progress, evaluate stability, and facilitate timely discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients to address their unique needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for each client, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather relevant client history and formulate effective therapeutic strategies.
• Hold individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Engage in individual supervision and team meetings to share insights, strategies, and promote professional development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and address clients' needs.
• Embrace a growth mindset to continuously improve one’s therapeutic approach and contribute to the collective knowledge of the practice.

Our counselors work primarily with a diverse adult and pediatric population, providing therapy that addresses a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. We prioritize creating a safe and nurturing clinical space conducive to the healing process, utilizing telehealth modalities to reach clients where they are most comfortable.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and other relevant software.
• Experience conducting direct psychotherapy for individuals and families.
• Familiarity with completing comprehensive intake assessments effectively.

• Background in providing therapy via telehealth platforms.
• Experience with diverse patient populations and multicultural competencies.
• Participation in interdisciplinary team environments fostering collaboration and care integration.
