Job description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant for a 6-9 month engagement. The consultant will support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, working with business and technical stakeholders to ensure the platform effectively supports business processes and operational requirements.
Strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics D365 experience is required. Experience with data migrations and user access/security is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into D365 functional and technical solutions.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 functionality based on business requirements.
  • Partner with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support testing, issue resolution, deployment, and production readiness activities.
  • Assist with data migration, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
  • Support user access and security, including roles, permissions, and access-related troubleshooting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and platform utilization.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate functional and technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Experience supporting Dynamics 365 implementations, enhancements, or enterprise projects.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be located in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 data migrations.
  • Experience managing or configuring D365 security roles, permissions, and user access.
  • Experience with integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications.
  • Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
