Architecting and implementing cloud-native and hybrid solutions. Serve as a technical anchor and architectural lead across Agile teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business goals. Facilitate architectural decision-making during Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Leading technical engagements and translating business requirements into robust architectural designs. Define and maintain solution architecture blueprints, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across cloud-native and hybrid environments Lead the evaluation and selection of technology stacks, frameworks, and integration patterns, particularly for microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Provide hands-on support for critical components, including code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting Promoting enterprise integration standards and reusable patterns. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX, QA, and business stakeholders, to ensure cohesive and user-centric solutions Driving modernization efforts such as legacy system migration and DevSecOps adoption
