This role is not about knowing every tool already. AI platforms, models, and capabilities are evolving rapidly. We are looking for someone who has a genuine hunger to learn, experiment, adapt, and translate new technology into practical value for others.

At Netsurit, you will always be both a learner and a teacher.

About the Role

You will deliver live virtual training, workshops, webinars, office hours, and coaching sessions for clients with different levels of technical knowledge.

The role sits within Netsurit's Innovate team and reports to a team lead who will provide program direction, content standards, mentorship, and quality review.

This opportunity is ideal for a trainer who is confident in front of a class, eager to grow, and comfortable contributing within an established practice.

  • Deliver practical training and adoption guidance for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related Microsoft AI capabilities.
  • Introduce clients to additional AI platforms from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Meta when Microsoft Copilot does not fully address their requirements.
  • Teach practical prompting, responsible AI adoption, human validation, security awareness, and appropriate AI tool selection.
  • Translate technical functionality into useful business workflows for different industries, departments, and roles.
  • Adjust your delivery style, pace, demonstrations, and examples to support learners with varying levels of technical experience.

Learning Content and LMS Support

  • Create and maintain instructor guides, learner guides, demonstrations, exercises, prompts, assessments, and supporting resources.
  • Review, organize, and update Microsoft 365 and AI learning content within the learning management system.
  • Create practical microlearning content and assessments that reinforce important concepts and skills.
  • Refresh training materials as products, interfaces, capabilities, and recommended practices evolve.
  • Maintain consistency across live training, recorded content, assessments, and structured learning paths.

Client Engagement and Adoption

  • Participate in client discovery sessions with senior trainers, consultants, account teams, and customer success teams.
  • Help understand each client's business objectives, learner needs, technical environment, and adoption challenges.
  • Customize demonstrations and examples around relevant client scenarios and use cases.
  • Support recurring office hours, champion programs, learning challenges, and adoption reinforcement activities.
  • Provide professional follow-up resources, recommendations, and action items after training sessions.
  • Collaborate with account executives, customer success teams, technical consultants, and client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to training agendas, program outlines, proposals, and scopes of work.
  • Gather learner feedback and identify opportunities to improve future training and adoption programs.

What You Will Bring

  • Professional experience delivering software, technical, business application, or end-user training.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Hands-on experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot or another generative AI platform.
  • Familiarity with leading AI platforms and models from providers such as Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Meta.
  • A demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn new AI platforms and capabilities quickly.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking skills.
  • The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong written communication and instructional content-development skills.
  • Confidence working with business leaders, technical teams, and end users.
  • The ability to manage several training engagements and changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to technical accuracy.
  • A reliable home internet connection and professional remote-training environment.
  • Availability to work primarily during Eastern Time business hours, with flexibility to begin earlier on selected days to support late-afternoon events in South Africa.

  • Microsoft Certified Trainer or CompTIA CTT+ certification.
  • Microsoft, cloud, AI, security, or other relevant industry certifications.
  • Experience creating microlearning content, digital assessments, or LMS-based learning.
  • Knowledge of adult-learning principles, instructional design, or technology-adoption programs.

What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days

Within your first three months, you will have:

  • Developed a strong understanding of Netsurit's training catalogue, content standards, delivery methods, and LMS.
  • Begun independently delivering core Microsoft 365 and Copilot sessions with positive learner feedback.
  • Contributed new or refreshed demonstrations, exercises, assessments, or microlearning content.
  • Successfully co-supported client engagements and started taking the lead on assigned training sessions.
