• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address their unique challenges.
• Provide individual therapy, utilizing tailored therapeutic approaches that prioritize the client’s personal growth, emotional well-being, and life satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and documenting their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Deliver teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may prefer or require virtual sessions.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client records in line with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and remain informed on the latest research and best practices within the mental health field.

You will work with a diverse client population experiencing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial conflicts. Each client presents unique challenges, and your role will focus on helping them navigate their individual experiences with compassion and professionalism.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish a secure and trusting therapist-client relationship.
• Empathetic and nonjudgmental approach to client experiences and struggles, fostering a therapeutic alliance that facilitates recovery.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, enabling effective case management and administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in both individual and group therapy settings, especially in outpatient environments.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery.
