• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, tailoring treatment plans that address individual challenges.
• Offer individual therapy sessions using customized therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth, emotional healing, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and documenting their progress in adherence to ethical standards.
• Provide flexible teletherapy options that accommodate clients' schedules and accessibility requirements, ensuring access to mental health care for all.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation, complying with state regulations and guidelines while also participating in ongoing training and professional development.

As an LMFT at The Center for Healing and Growth, you will engage with a diverse client population seeking support for mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, relationship conflicts, and trauma-related conditions. Your role will involve not only counseling individuals but also facilitating group therapy sessions, which provide clients with opportunities to share experiences and foster connections.

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to understanding clients’ experiences and struggles.
• Effective organizational skills and time management ability to manage caseloads and administrative duties efficiently.

• Experience in private practice or community health settings is highly desirable.
• Previous engagement in trauma-informed care practices and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Experience facilitating group therapy or workshops is advantageous.
