• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, focusing on identifying and addressing the emotional and relational challenges faced during the recovery process.
• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional dynamics, relational issues, and recovery goals, developing personalized treatment plans that synergize mental health and rehabilitation objectives.
• Employ family systems theory along with evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote effective communication and conflict resolution among clients and their families.
• Work in tandem with other healthcare professionals to elevate the standard of care, ensuring that therapeutic goals align across disciplines for optimal client outcomes.
• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention during acute phases of rehabilitation, demonstrating effective decision-making and responsiveness to client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in client records, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Equip clients and families with education on emotional wellness, coping mechanisms, and strategies to bolster family dynamics.
• Stay updated on contemporary research and best practices in marriage and family therapy to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Silver Lining Counseling Center, you will primarily engage with a diverse patient population. Your clients may include individuals from various age groups facing challenges such as relationship difficulties, mental health disorders, trauma recovery, and stress related to life transitions. • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Nevada.
• A master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to empathize and connect with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology for teletherapy and electronic record-keeping systems.

• Previous experience working in a rehabilitation setting or with individuals navigating recovery is highly preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing evidence-based practices in therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and platforms to deliver remote therapy effectively.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
