Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients' needs and backgrounds.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices tailored to each client's journey.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, to foster positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, ensuring cohesive care and communication regarding each client's progress.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending training sessions and staying informed on the latest research and methodologies in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients at the Detox Center include individuals experiencing a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders, alongside co-occurring issues related to substance use. As an LMSW, you will work with a diverse population, providing tailored therapeutic approaches to create detailed recovery plans that cater to their unique needs. Your work will be crucial in assisting clients through challenging recovery processes while ensuring they feel valued and supported.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW) license in the state of Nevada.
