• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families using telehealth platforms, ensuring a therapeutic environment.
• Perform in-depth assessments to understand clients' relational dynamics, mental health issues, and contextual factors impacting their well-being.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and measurable goals based on the specific needs and circumstances of each client.
• Utilize family systems theory and employ various systemic interventions to effectively address relationship dynamics and family stressors.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and families in distress.
• Maintain meticulous electronic client records, progress notes, and treatment plans that comply with legal and ethical standards of practice.
• Educate clients on essential communication techniques, conflict resolution skills, and coping strategies to enhance their relational dynamics.
• Collaborate regularly with a dedicated team of remote therapists and mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

In your role as a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals seeking personal growth, couples looking to improve their relationships, and families navigating complex dynamics. This variety allows you to utilize your skills in different therapeutic contexts, working with clients from various backgrounds, cultures, and age groups, all while offering them the support they need to achieve healthier relationships and emotional wellness.

• Possession of a current and valid LMFT license in the state of Nevada or the state where you will be practicing.
• A master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical therapy setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective remote client interactions.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in all therapeutic practices.
• Self-motivated and capable of functioning independently while managing a remote caseload.
• A flexible approach to scheduling, enabling availability for clients in varying time zones.

• Prior experience in delivering remote therapy services is highly preferred, equipping you with the skills to navigate the nuances of virtual counseling.

Blossom Valley Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
