• Deliver comprehensive counseling and psychotherapy services to clients experiencing mental health issues.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and needs, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s unique situation and create an effective therapeutic approach.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with essential resources, such as financial assistance programs, housing services, and other social support systems.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute challenges, such as suicidal ideation or substance use crises.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health and reducing stigma associated with seeking help.
• Maintain meticulous records of clinical progress, treatment plans, and case notes in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Participate in regular supervisory meetings and seek mentorship for continued professional development.

In your role as a Clinical Social Worker, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals struggling with mental health disorders, couples facing relational issues, and families in crisis. Many of our clients come from varying socioeconomic backgrounds, requiring you to apply cultural competence and empathy in your therapeutic approach. Ensuring that every client feels understood and supported is essential to fostering their emotional resilience and overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Nevada with the ability to practice independently.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client care, emphasizing cultural sensitivity.
• Proficiency in digital tools for remote therapy and case management.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience in crisis intervention and working with high-risk populations.
