Griffin and Associates Psychotherapy, Consultation Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dynamic team. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) at Griffin and Associates, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients by building rapport and nurturing strong therapeutic alliances.
• Conducting weekly sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, address challenges, and discuss future appointments or potential discharge.
• Developing, implementing, and overseeing person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Completing intake assessments and maintaining accurate documentation, including progress notes to support continuity of care.
• Engaging in one-on-one supervision sessions aimed at professional development and enhancing clinical skills.
• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.
• Embracing a growth mindset and remaining open to new methodologies and interventions.

In this position, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By delivering individualized attention and understanding their unique contexts, you will directly contribute to improving their mental health outcomes.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
• A current, unrestricted LPCC license in the state of Nevada.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with using computer programs including spreadsheet software and mental health management systems, such as RMS or PIMSY.
• Strong skills in conducting intake assessments and providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families.

While not mandatory, preferred candidates will have:

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• A history of successfully managing a diverse caseload.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Griffin and Associates offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, along with a fee-for-service compensation model. Notable benefits include:
