Allure Counseling Center is actively seeking a full-time, compassionate, and culturally competent Licensed Mental Health Counselor. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements while maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality care. Our clinic operates within a community health framework, leveraging telehealth technology to connect therapists with clients effectively. Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility allowed to accommodate client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insight into each client's unique challenges and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting your approach to meet the individual cultural and personal backgrounds of clients.
• Provide effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on addressing mental health concerns while promoting resilience and overall well-being.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated care plan for clients.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring clients receive the necessary assistance.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge for better health outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of each client's progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Actively participate in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training sessions to enhance overall service delivery.
• Stay updated on best practices, research, and cultural considerations in mental health therapy to provide the most effective care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Allure Counseling Center, you will play a crucial role in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who may have been historically underserved or marginalized. Your expertise will help bridge gaps in access to the mental health services they need.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of Texas.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and cultural competency in therapy practices.
• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy with a focus on culturally responsive and inclusive methodologies.
• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills, with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.
• Commitment to ethical guidelines, professional boundaries, and client confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team focused on client-centered care.

• Experience in a community health setting or working with underrepresented populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
