This position is fully remote, providing a flexible work environment that allows you to manage your schedule efficiently. Your contributions will be made from a school setting, providing support to students in need of psychological and emotional care. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, focusing on emotional, psychological, and social factors that impact their health and well-being.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on each student’s unique circumstances, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.
• Implement targeted therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or solution-focused therapy, while monitoring their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate confidential records within the required guidelines, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular case reviews and team meetings, collaborating closely with fellow treatment providers, educational staff, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay current with research and advances in social work, constantly enhancing your skills to provide the highest standard of care.

Your primary focus will be on students facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Providing therapeutic support in a school setting, you will engage with diverse populations, tailoring your approach to meet the needs of each individual, whether they are coping with personal issues, academic pressures, or familial worries. Your role is essential in helping students navigate their hurdles, enhancing their emotional resilience, and promoting their overall mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active LCSW license in the state of New York is mandatory.
