The Role:
As a Strategy & Operations Manager at Sunbit, you will serve as the connective tissue between our executive vision and departmental execution. You won't just be building decks; you will be owning the lifecycle of critical initiatives-from diagnosing complex business problems to implementing digital product flows that impact growth, revenue, operations, and customer experience. This role is designed for a high-performer who thrives in the intersection of data, product, and cross-functional leadership.
Requirements
What You'll Own:
  • Strategic Planning: Lead high-priority initiatives that define the future of Sunbit's product offerings and market positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of the company roadmap.
  • Product & Digital Optimization: Collaborate with the Product team to understand customer and merchant experience, identify areas for improvement, and refine digital flows and platform experiences, ensuring our technical solutions align with business KPIs.
  • Operational Excellence: Build and scale the "operating system" of your department-identifying bottlenecks in current processes and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced financial modeling and data analytics to track performance, forecast trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Project Management: Drive cross-functional projects from planning to implementation, ensuring they stay on schedule, within scope, and deliver measurable impact.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Economics or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of Strategy and Operations experience with 2+ years at the Manager or Senior Manager level.
  • The ideal candidate would have a mix of product management, project management, and analytics experience with significant cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
  • A background in Top-Tier Management Consulting (MBB, Big Four) and/or an in-house S&O role within a high-growth Tech, Financial Services, Fintech environment (lending, payments, consumer finance, etc.)
  • Experience working alongside Product teams and solid understanding of digital platforms, customer journeys, workflows, and operational systems.
  • Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics; you are comfortable navigating large datasets to find the "so what."
  • Proven experience owning and implementing initiatives to execute on strategies.
