• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional needs, utilizing standardized tools and techniques.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals and unique circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family counseling, effectively leveraging various therapeutic modalities to meet client needs.
• Track and monitor clients' progress through documented sessions and adjust treatment strategies proactively based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Offer timely crisis intervention and support, employing de-escalation techniques to assist clients during critical moments.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in adherence to all legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to provide holistic client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through further education, training sessions, and staying current with mental health research and treatment methodologies.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and comply with the standards set forth by relevant licensing boards and healthcare organizations.

Your clients will include individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, behavioral challenges, and more. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping these clients navigate their emotional landscapes, build resilience, and enhance their overall quality of life.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure in the state of Maryland as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities to inform treatment decisions accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and rapport-building.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the mental health field is required.
