Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor at Humble Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing mental health counseling services to clients through individual sessions, maintaining a high standard of care.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to accurately identify client needs and inform treatment planning.
  • Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans, while actively monitoring patient progress and adjusting strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborating closely with other healthcare providers and care team members to coordinate comprehensive care for each patient.
  • Engaging in single-session services and brief but effective multi-session therapies aimed at quick, positive outcomes for our clients.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records to ensure compliance and to facilitate ongoing treatment evaluations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily supports adults facing mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. You will provide tailored therapy to individuals who are often balancing these challenges with other comorbid health conditions. As you work with a diverse clientele from varying backgrounds, cultural competence and a deep understanding of socioeconomic factors impacting mental health will be essential to your practice.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
