This role is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the ability to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients and colleagues using state-of-the-art telehealth technology. As part of our community health clinic framework, counselors at Stream Mindful Medication are empowered to deliver personalized care to a diverse client base, including individuals with various socio-economic backgrounds.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop individualized diagnoses for clients using your clinical training and experience.
• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs and preferences, ensuring personalized care.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, problem-solving treatments, and motivational interviewing, to facilitate positive behavioral changes.
• Maintain regular communication and coordination with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists and primary care providers, to develop integrated treatment strategies.
• Document client progress meticulously, using both electronic health records and virtual tools, to track treatment goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Assist in the administration of psychiatric medications as prescribed, focusing on medication adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating therapeutic effectiveness.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals of varying ages and backgrounds who are seeking mental health support. Your practice may involve addressing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex co-occurring disorders. Through your expertise, you will significantly impact their overall development and well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, qualified for independent practice.
• Current, valid, and unobstructed licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an independently licensed therapist.

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates who have experience working in community health clinics or who have expertise in telehealth services will be preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methods and a background in collaborating within multidisciplinary teams will enhance your application.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus, enabling a smooth transition into this impactful role.
