Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop individualized diagnoses for clients using your clinical training and experience.
  • Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs and preferences, ensuring personalized care.
  • Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, problem-solving treatments, and motivational interviewing, to facilitate positive behavioral changes.
  • Maintain regular communication and coordination with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists and primary care providers, to develop integrated treatment strategies.

Qualifications
