This role is designed for flexibility, allowing the social worker to operate remotely while still being integral to our Detox Center operations. As a member of our healthcare team, you will collaborate closely with other clinical professionals, sharing insights and solutions to optimize patient care. • Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, addressing acute and chronic mental health issues.
• Participate actively in team meetings to strategize and align on treatment approaches that support the overall goals of client care.
• Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality, ensuring adherence to professional guidelines and organizational policies.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, facilitating seamless access to services.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, utilizing appropriate tools to gauge clients' needs accurately and implementing further interventions as necessary.
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, providing timely support and interventions to stabilize clients in acute distress.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of client progress, participation in treatment, and outcomes to support quality assurance and improve service delivery.
• Stay connected with the latest research and best practices in social work to enhance your clinical skills and improve patient outcomes.

As a Clinical Social Worker with Palms Medical Group, you will work primarily with clients experiencing the challenges associated with substance use, co-occurring mental health disorders, and emotional struggles. Your role will involve supporting patients from diverse backgrounds, each with unique experiences and needs. Fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship will be crucial in helping them navigate their recovery journey.

• A Master's degree in social work from an accredited institution and a current LCSW license in Illinois.
• Strong understanding of mental health assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload, adhere to ethical practices, and maintain confidentiality.
• A collaborative approach, demonstrating respect for clients' cultural backgrounds and preferences.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly with adult populations.
• Experience with substance use treatment, crisis intervention, and recovery coaching is highly desirable.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 70,000 and 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
