• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing standardized tools and interview techniques.
• Deliver evidence-based individual and group counseling sessions, tailored to client-specific issues such as trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders.
• Develop individualized service plans that set achievable goals for recovery, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure client success.
• Advocate fiercely for clients' rights and needs, facilitating access to essential resources including housing, healthcare, and additional support services.
• Contribute actively to program development and improvement, participating in evaluations and grant reporting that enhance service effectiveness and secure funding.
• Collaborate with local community organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies to strengthen our network of support and resources for clients.

You will primarily serve individuals facing substance use disorders in a detoxification setting. Clients often contend with multifaceted challenges, including co-occurring mental health issues, making your role vital in promoting holistic recovery approaches. Through individualized care and non-judgmental support, you will empower clients to navigate their journeys towards sobriety and improved well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, providing you with the foundational knowledge necessary for effective practice.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.
