• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Implement therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of clients, adapting approaches based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations while documenting client progress and clinical interventions in an organized fashion.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other mental health professionals through case consultations and peer reviews, contributing to the ongoing improvement of care quality.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them on their journey toward wellness.
• Stay informed on the latest research developments and emerging best practices in the mental health field to enhance your therapeutic effectiveness.

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including those unexpectedly affected by trauma, struggling with anxiety or depression, and those looking for support to navigate life transitions. Our patient-centered approach ensures that each individual receives the personalized attention they deserve, facilitating their growth and recovery in a safe and supportive setting.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy interventions, with a commitment to using evidence-based practices that cater to client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building trust-based therapeutic relationships.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, enabling you to guide clients toward positive outcomes effectively.
• A collaborative spirit, valuing team interactions that foster a growth-centered learning environment.

Experience in a telehealth setting or remote mental health care delivery is highly desirable, as it enables you to effectively navigate virtual therapy sessions and engage clients in a meaningful way. Familiarity with electronic health record systems will be an asset in managing patient documentation efficiently.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000.
