Job Description
This position conducts moderate to complex analytical tasks to assist the electric operating districts plan work to meet operational and financial objectives. Translates business processes into clear, concise documents appropriate for various roles. Documents may include but are not limited to process diagrams, roles and responsibility matrices, presentations, and procedures. Compiles, organizes, and summarizes data from multiple sources; monitors/tracks processes to ensure their execution within defined parameters. Supports safe, efficient, and effective utilization of company resources.
Requirements
Essential Duties
  • Provides technical writingand content management support for work planning related policies,procedures, manuals, white papers, presentations, and other documentationas required. This includes editing, layout and publishing support toensure high quality of material produced.
  • Creates spreadsheets thatcompile large sets of data for evaluation and presentation Participates inmeetings or interviews subject matter experts to obtain technicalunderstanding and clarification of documentation requirements.
  • Coordinates requests fordocumentation and evidence.
  • Participates in thedevelopment of methods to measure work performance in each operatingdistrict.
  • Coordinates with electricoperating districts to ensure Operations, Maintenances, and AdministrativeGeneral (OMAG) and Capital and Expenditures (CAPEX) for distribution andtransmission work is efficiently scheduled and completed.
  • Coordinates and participatesin process improvement initiatives.
  • Understands and documentschanges to electric operations business processes and systems to improveefficiencies, accuracy, and customer service.
  • Ensures all complianceaspects of position are known and followed; understands and performsrelated duties as assigned.
