• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand students' mental health issues, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, to address students' unique mental health needs.
• Collaborate with students to establish realistic therapeutic goals, consistently monitoring progress and adapting treatment plans as needed.
• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate students who require virtual support due to accessibility barriers, ensuring they receive quality care regardless of their circumstances.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner, maintaining adherence to ethical and regulatory standards to uphold the integrity of our practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations, enhancing your clinical skills and knowledge of emerging best practices.

Our primary focus is on students in need of mental health support, including those grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. You will play a vital role in not only improving their psychological resilience but also aiding their academic performance and social interactions.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a safe, trustful environment for students to share their experiences and challenges openly.
• Demonstrated ability to display empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients, enriching the therapeutic alliance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills essential for balancing caseload demands and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience working within school settings or with child and adolescent populations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technologies to facilitate remote therapy sessions effectively.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities that align with the diverse needs of students.

• This position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, based on your experience and the size of your caseload.
