Our team operates within a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM, though some flexibility may be required based on patient needs. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand and address client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Employ various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide effective interventions.
• Document all clinical interactions accurately and confidentially, adhering to HIPAA regulations and best practices for electronic record-keeping.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in case consultations and regular peer review meetings to improve care delivery.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available support systems within our community.
• Remain informed about the latest developments in mental health research to ensure the application of current best practices in your work.

Our clients come from various backgrounds and demographics, presenting a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. • Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and active license to practice as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and team members.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, essential in navigating complex client scenarios.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient management and documentation.
• Familiarity with various mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities, particularly those relevant to trauma-informed care.
• Previous experience in a community health setting is highly valued.
