This role is designed to be entirely remote but is integrated into an outpatient mental health care setting. You will have the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions through virtual platforms while maintaining the highest standards of care. You will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals and engage with clients from various backgrounds, emphasizing inclusivity and empathetic engagement.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and preferences.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and crisis intervention specialists, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain updated on the latest mental health research and therapeutic practices.
• Participate actively in clinical discussions to propose and implement improved practices aimed at enhancing patient care and outcomes.

You will be working primarily with adults who may be facing a range of emotional obstacles. Our diverse clientele includes individuals struggling with stress management, interpersonal relationships, and mental health disorders. • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license recognized in California, such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience working with clients facing emotional challenges in a therapeutic context.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to establish rapport and trust with clients efficiently.

• Prior experience with electronic medical records systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
