• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored therapy strategies for each client based on their unique needs.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for clients facing various mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and keep thorough records that adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in professional development activities to stay current with emerging trends and research in the mental health field.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse client base, including adults and adolescents navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. • A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
