Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and couples therapy to clients, adjusting therapeutic approaches based on the unique needs of each individual or couple.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions in the EMR system, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Manage calendar appointments for ongoing client sessions, verifying attendance and adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate client needs.
  • Work closely with our billing team to handle claims, client accounts, benefit checks, and create payment plans to eliminate financial barriers to care.
  • Engage in regular supervision and consultation with colleagues to share insights, reinforce best practices, and enhance your therapeutic skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The licensed clinical social worker will work with a varied client population that includes individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds seeking support for a wide range of behavioral health issues, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Our clients represent all age demographics, and our approach is tailored to each client's unique circumstances to optimize their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field.
