• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses and formulate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Deliver high-quality behavioral health services while maintaining excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions that facilitate goal achievement and foster client growth.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation by preparing comprehensive notes for each session and ensuring compliance with company protocols.
• Facilitate coordination of care by collaborating with case managers, family members, medical personnel, and other stakeholders involved in each client’s welfare.
• Actively participate in regular clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Engage in any additional duties as assigned that contribute to enhancing the support provided to clients.

Our counselors provide essential mental health services to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. By tailoring your therapeutic approaches to fit the unique cultural and personal contexts of your clients, you will play a vital role in their journey toward improved mental health.

• A Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey therapeutic concepts and engage clients in meaningful dialogue.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain healthy boundaries with clients, promoting a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.
• Proficiency in completing and submitting timely documentation, ensuring comprehensive reporting of services rendered.
• Experience working with diverse populations, exhibiting a genuine comfort and skill in addressing the varied needs of our client base.

• At least two years of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling within an outpatient or community mental health setting.
• A proven track record of effectively utilizing creative intervention strategies in therapeutic settings.
