• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to tailor individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring that each plan addresses their specific needs and circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others, based on client needs.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records through electronic medical record (EMR) systems, abiding by ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and staying updated on the latest advancements in mental health practices, to enhance your skills and knowledge base.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and relationship issues. Focus areas might include specialized treatment for trauma, substance abuse, or couples counseling, depending on your expertise. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your ability to establish rapport and understand their unique situations is critical for effective therapy.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations related to counseling practice.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and relevant telehealth technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and build therapeutic relationships.
