Position Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team at the Integrative Support Center. This full-time position, based in Erie, Pennsylvania, allows you to work remotely while connecting with individuals and families to address their mental health needs. Work Environment

In our remote work setting, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while upholding the highest standards of client care. Our team communicates regularly through virtual meetings and collaborative platforms to ensure comprehensive support for our clients. The work hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique values and circumstances, ensuring a client-centered therapeutic approach.
• Support clients in navigating a variety of challenges including trauma recovery, anxiety management, grief counseling, relationship conflicts, and enhancing communication skills.
• Foster a safe and trusting therapeutic environment that encourages open dialogue between clients and therapists, promoting a collaborative atmosphere for healing.
• Provide timely crisis interventions for clients in urgent need, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques to stabilize and support clients.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and mental health professionals, as well as case managers, to create and implement a holistic care plan that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, proactively seeking out training and certifications in specialized areas such as couples therapy, adolescent therapy, or trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Integrative Support Center, you will work with a diverse client population comprising individuals, couples, and families. Our clients seek help for various issues, including intimacy concerns, parenting challenges, anxiety disorders, depression, and communication barriers. You will have the chance to work with people from various backgrounds, contributing to an inclusive atmosphere that fosters understanding and healing.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current licensure to practice as an LMFT in Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and effective case management practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on counseling and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work autonomously and within a team-oriented environment, adapting to the diverse needs of clients and colleagues.
• Thorough understanding of the ethical and legal considerations pertaining to therapy practice.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically focusing on marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations is highly desirable.
• Background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
