Position Overview

Integrative Support Center is actively seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time telehealth role based out of Ephrata, Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans that align with the specific needs of each client, leveraging evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that promote healing and constructive change while ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
• Perform comprehensive mental status examinations, utilizing screening tools to identify changes in clients’ mental health and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Document all interactions meticulously in electronic health record systems, ensuring case notes, progress reports, and treatment plans are clear, concise, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Maintain a calm and empathetic demeanor in high-stress situations, using de-escalation techniques to manage emotional crises effectively.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities, contributing insights and sharing strategies within team meetings to enhance team performance and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with acute and chronic mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will employ culturally competent strategies to build rapport and engage clients in their therapeutic journey, ensuring they feel understood and valued throughout their treatment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A current and valid Pennsylvania license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise high levels of empathy, emotional intelligence, and rapport-building skills with clients.
• Proven experience delivering therapeutic services to individuals and groups, particularly in remote settings.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle a varied caseload effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate treatment plans and communicate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in clinical social work, with a strong background in trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to navigate electronic health record systems efficiently.
• Experience working in a school setting or with youth populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
