Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job description

Our firm is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Injury Case Manager to handle personal injury cases in states like California, Washington, Illinois, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada. You must have prior personal injury case management experience along with being able to handle a case file from intake to settlement to be considered for this position. A case manager is responsible for assisting clients in gathering all needed information to support their claim while maintaining communication throughout the case. Filevine experience is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Schedule doctor appointments for clients
  • Open insurance claims
  • Open Medi-Cal/Medicare/Private Insurance Liens
  • Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation that pertains to the case
  • Collect and organize medical records
  • Prepare files to submit to demand writers
  • Manage medical treatment while providing treatment recommendations
  • Client communication
