• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, history, and treatment needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their current challenges.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns, using evidence-based practices to facilitate effective therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide one-on-one psychotherapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ unique needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and others.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and updates using electronic medical records (EMRs) to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client's well-being.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities such as attending workshops, training sessions, and seminars to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

You will provide support to individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional or psychological concerns. • Master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Active and valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor (e.g., LMHC, LPC) in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of two years of proven experience in providing mental health counseling, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex cases effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of rapport and trust with clients.
