Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while effectively serving clients from the comfort of your own home. You will be part of a collaborative virtual team, engaged in regular meetings and consultations to share insights and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide ongoing counseling and therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Maintain an active dialogue with other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care and support for clients, particularly when integrating physical and mental health services.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and maintain ethical standards in all client dealings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote counseling tools.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in working within community health clinics or similar settings.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
