• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions via teletherapy, applying a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate client engagement and growth.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, monitoring their progress continuously to ensure optimal outcomes throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards while reflecting our commitment to high-quality care.

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and a wide range of mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their issues through culturally competent and empathetic support, enabling them to develop coping strategies and achieve their personal therapeutic goals.

• A current and valid license in New York State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering a safe space for healing.
• A compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor that respects and validates clients’ experiences and struggles.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities and time-management skills effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Previous experience in a community health, private practice, or clinical setting, particularly involving trauma and long-term therapy approaches.
• Proficiency in teletherapy technologies, ensuring seamless access to mental health care for all clients.
• A diverse toolkit of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or others relevant to client needs.
