This role is designed to provide flexibility and support for your work-life balance, allowing you to manage a productive schedule of 30-40 hours per week. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, addressing their unique needs and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based tools and methodologies to assess client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with organizational and state requirements.
• Serve as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, fostering partnerships to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Promote and integrate our agency's mission and principles in all interactions and programming.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the organization in public forums.
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff and interns, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Medical Rehabilitation Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals seeking support for mental health issues, substance use challenges, developmental disabilities, and individuals recovering from brain injuries. Your work will focus on building therapeutic relationships that empower clients to pursue their recovery journeys, fostering resilience and independence.

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required for this position.
• You must hold an independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
• Proficient in maintaining clinical records, preparing related reports, and demonstrating effective communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively within an interdisciplinary team setting and contribute to collective goals.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills based on professional knowledge and ethical standards.

• Prior experience in a mental health counseling role with a focus on evidence-based therapies.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competency.
• Knowledge of community resources and the ability to navigate complex service systems.
• Background in providing training and supervision to less experienced staff or interns.
