• Conduct comprehensive physical evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their needs and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques—such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of specialized equipment—to relieve pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual responses and recovery trajectories.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members about therapeutic exercises and assistive devices, ensuring understanding of the home care procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and enhance recovery outcomes.
• Stay current with professional practices by attending workshops, reviewing literature, and participating in professional societies.

Our Physical Therapists work with a varied patient demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. This role requires a compassionate approach to care and flexibility in adapting treatment protocols to meet the specific needs of each patient, fostering a therapeutic environment that empowers individuals toward recovery.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Active state licensure in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and some proficiency in word processing and computer skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting while demonstrating flexibility in attending to varying patient needs.

A minimum of two years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist is highly preferred, though recent graduates or candidates with exposure in clinical internships will be considered. Experience with multidisciplinary teamwork and patient education is advantageous.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
