Position: Remote Medical Benefits Rep

$17/hr. Weekly Pay | Equipment Provided | MUST BE A US RESIDENT

***Must be located in a one of the following approved states-ARIZONA, OHIO, ARKANSAS, TENNESSEE, GEORGIA, MISSOURI, LOUISIANA, OKLAHOMA, MISSISSIPPI, ALABAMA and TEXAS***


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls + assist with inbound calls (must be comfortable with both)
  • Review/prior-authorize meds, services & procedures
  • Verify patient eligibility/benefits with insurance
  • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies & insurers to gather docs
  • Follow HIPAA & company compliance rules
  • Log all activity in the system for tracking & audits


Qualifications: 1+ year of RECENT, experience in medical benefits or prior authorizations (required)

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, and benefits verification.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Must have high-speed internet with modem access (hotspots not accepted).
