• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status, employing both standardized tools and clinical interviews to gather comprehensive insights.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to align with their evolving goals and needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, aiming for measurable improvements in clients’ mental health.
• Deliver teletherapy services, ensuring clients have access to continuous support and care through secure and user-friendly virtual platforms.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention when required, addressing urgent concerns with compassion, professionalism, and expertise.
• Engage in regular professional development and training opportunities to stay informed about advancements in mental health practices, enhancing the quality of care provided.

This role primarily serves adult clients presenting with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our diverse clientele represents different backgrounds and life experiences, emphasizing the importance of cultural competence and individualized care in therapy. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to form meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental approach, allowing for authentic connections with clients as they navigate their mental health journeys.
• Excellent time-management skills to handle a caseload efficiently while completing necessary administrative tasks.
• A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board, demonstrating professionalism and ethical practice.

• Previous experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth services and digital documentation systems.
• A background in crisis intervention techniques and experience in handling various mental health crises.
• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions and community outreach programs.

• Attractive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
